I'm feeling much better, thanks. I'm 9 days post-op and down 8 pounds since surgery.

I find I miss having solid food around 5:00 PM, or as we're getting towards dinner. Having a cup of chicken broth for dinner just doesn't cut it, but that's OK cause it's just temporary. My wounds are healing up, and clothes are getting looser. All good things. I can swallow better, take small pills without discomfort, all signs of progress. Since I'm in the "honeymoon" phase of this surgery, everyday is a day I look forward to the scale and seeing what I've been able to lose. Life is good!thumbup.gif
