Wow

Well, it's been an exciting week! Kids all HOME for Christmas (youngest has a new BF...sweetie) I had prepared some things ahead and frozen and the extended family came over for breakfast Christmas morning. By the time everyone left around noon, I was pretty tired and "hit the couch". Today is one week and a day out from surgery, and I'm feeling great. With the exception of one incision area, having no other pain. Still getting a lot of lower stomach gass pain/pressure that the gas-x doesn't seem to help. Called the surgeons office and he said the pain in the area that I'm having it is "normal". Something about that being the area where he had to spend the most time.

Food today,

A.M.

1/2 c. cream of wheat w/splenda and 3 Tbsp. spiced apple sauce

1 c. V-8 juice

20 oz water

P.M.

1/2 c. oj

1 c. cheesie potatoe soup

20 oz water

EAS Advant-edge French Vanilla

1 cup lf. peach yougurt
