Just giving a little update. I'm on day six so far so good. yesterday was so so. A co-worker was eating some old bay wings and boy oh boy did they smell good. She offered me so and as bad as I wanted to eat just one I didn't. I'm really proud of myself for that. With this pre-opt diet I'm learning more of myself each day. Mainley that I do have will power and I can do this. :wub:

I know the feeling! I am on day 10 of pre-op diet. I seem to be in a groove now. I have really surprised myself with my will power. I never thought I would be able to do it! When is your surgery day? I've got a week and a half to go!!

Hi!

My surgery is also on Jan. 21. For me, today has been the hardest of the pre op diet (day 6). During the work week, my day is very structured leaving little time to think about food. We can do this!
