Where is the Port?

The port location. When I get a fill the doctor has me raise both legs and he can see where it is. Mine is about 3" above and to the left of the belly button. I think everyone's is a little different. When I had the band I had my stomach moved down because it was too high. If an incision hurts put some ice on it. That should help or call the doctor tomorrow before the holiday.

Mine is on the left side as well.

Mine is on the right side of my big incision- I can actually feel it when I press down

Mine is a few inches to the left from my incision. If I push down a little I can usually find it. I also named my port. Her name is LULU... LOL

My port is on the right side also near my incision. It was tender for a while... but after about a year i stopped noticing it. I can feel the port under my skin like a lump when I push down but it doesn't hurt. Your body is still getting used to the changes inside so be gentle and patient with it. It's worth it in the end.
