29 more days until my banding!!!!

 

I did not make it the gym last night. My daughter had a concert at school, so by the time that got over with, I just didn't have the energy. So, I must get there tonight.

 

Eating was off yesterday, didn't do that bad, but didn't do that great either. However, I knew I was going to eat what I want, and try and make wise choices, so I am not feeling guilty.

 

Anyhow, I'm back on track today!!!!
