Today I am at 264 I had a fill last week on Dec. 14th and have a little restriction I have not lost any weight and I went to the gym 4 times last week. My man thing is just that I want to be successful in my whole journey in a year from now I want to see a dramitic difference. I know I need to drink more water and stop eating things I am not suspose to eat I need to figure out a eating plan that works for me. I know I can do this and I am.

TO GOD BE THE GLORY.
