I can do this!

today is 12/16/06 I go for my seminar on January 11th 2007. I am a little scared and nervous. I want this to work more than anything. I want to look and feel good. I want to be proud of me, and to have my husband and kids proud to. I don't want my daughter wondering why I am fat, and saying I need to go on a diet, or loose weight. It hurts even though she is only 5 1/2.I know my husband will be very supportive, anfy my parents and birgitta. I don't know if I will tell others or not. If I do I will probably wait a while, and then only tell a few.
