I have been De-banded.

whatever you want to call it,

I'm here sitting on my bed, recovering from VSG surgery (26 days post op)

without a band in my body.

I've started a blog on the vsgtalk website

I'm so proud of everyone I've met on this journey, through this site, my September band-mates, as well as everything that i've learned.
