Vitamins And Supplements??? Anemia

Hi! I was wondering what supplements people take??? I am having a problem with being tired all the time along with other symptoms and my Dr. seems to thing that I might be anemic. any advice would be great. Thanks in advance!

Well the first thing to ask is if your doctor did a simple blood test called a CBC? (Complete blood count)

This would easily tell your Dr. if you are anemic or not.

But to answer your other question, me personally just take centrum or one a day depends on which one is on sale when I go out to get more and I also take Biotin to helo my hair.

Well, you should be taking a multivitamin. Low energy could be low B vitamins, low iron, or thyroid issues (among many other things, I'm sure). Get together with your Dr and explain how you feel.
