I'm off to the Dr's. to get my first fill. I am looking forward to it because I have been eating more than I should. I have also been hungry not long after I eat. I think it is my old way's trying to come back, but after today I hope it will be easier to control that. See ya later.

Yes, I got filled and the Dr. said it wouldn't hurt, but it did. Not a lot but more than I was expecting. I didn't ask how much he put in, but I could hardly tell. He said to drink liquids the first day, soft mushy foods the next and the third day regular food. So today will be the day I can eat chicken salad. Ha. So far, so good.
