I am told that I have a surgery date for Feb, ! I am worried about me meds ,,,,, I have MS and take about 22-24 pills daily ...... also due to Trigeminal Neuralgia ..... I also take injections , but that can be controlled, I just won't do it around that site. The pills are my worry, BIG TIME !

Today is Friday since Monday I have been off ALL POP, ALL CHCOLATE , snacks cookies etc. !! and not eating after 7 ! wgich is HUGE for me!!! Not that I plannrf it ..... It just started .... and not that it is a new year's resolution ?? I dunno I saw on my friends F/B that she was doing it and I thought I would give it a whirl ! hummm who knew ??

let's see what I am down on Monday !!! I do know I am going down though ,,,,,,, I can feel it .....

I'll keep you posted !!!

Hi there! Don't worry about the pills! I had no problem taking small tablets the day after surgery. If you have discomfort you can use a pill cutter to size them down or just outright crush them. Congrats on taking the first steps. I wish you luck and we should stay in touch with our progress! Take care! Leslie

Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout.

The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right.

Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
