Over One Month Post Opt

Bandsters,

Can't help but feel a bit frustrated. I'm over one month post opt and the weight loss is the same 20 lbs :( I went for my first fill Dec 2nd and only have lost 2 lbs. I have a realize 11cc band. I couldn't feel the "tight" feeling so my doctor gave me 6 cc! I still don't feel any restriction. I feel full after eating, but often I am hungry. I feel like I am doing a GREAT job eating healthier choices and small portions, but I have a feeling I'm eating too much. I'm working out 2-3 times a week doing Zumba. Any advice???

I eat small amounts every 2-3 hours. It has worked great for me, you have to do what feels right for your body and your band. Also make sure you are getting lots of protein first when you eat. It keeps you from getting hungry longer. Good luck

Im so glad that I am not alone, I had my band placed 11/08/11 and sadly since my fill on 12/6, I have gained 5+ pounds, Im eating far less than I have ever, and so I am completely frustrated that I am gaining weight instead of losing it. Is this ever considered normal?
