Well I thought I was in the Green Zone after my 4th fill but......after 3 weeks had to make a visit to docs for a 1/4 cc fill....at that time had not lost anything from previous weight....214 pounds dry.gif Since that last fill i waited 3 more weeks and started losing again...down to 208 pounds....:D woo hoo got excited....My surgery date was June 29th 2011 it is now November 4th 2011...my starting weight was 248 pounds....so any way SLOW process but i feel good...down to size 12 jeans from an 18.......I FEEL THAT I AM IN THE GREEN NOW.....HURRAY.......7and1/4 cc's and it feels great.......:D

i am scheduled for a fill tomorrow and am nervous don't want to overfill the band, but i am not loosing weight and need to jump start this process. I had a bad port and needed a change. this set back got me down and i slipped into bad habits I need to get back on track and realy need some help.

it will be like starting over..You will be ok...it takes time, it all takes time..We have been all scared and discouraged..Just relax the Doc's do know what they are doing...You will too...Just relax and enjoy the journey....you will start losing even if you dont think you are...Trust me You are....GOOD LUCK

I just got my band, I am scheduled to get my first fill in 4 wks. When I get my fill, do I have to start back with the puree foods, or do I have to cut my food smaller?
