Everyone loses weight at different rates and having small ups and downs of a couple pounds seems to be normal. I have lost 53.5 pounds (9 of those pre-surgery). Surgery was 4/5/11. I have hit several plateaus and even gain 1-3 pounds then lose it plus one more usually. Dont let a little gain get you down.....when you are feeling depressed, instead of sitting in your room, get your sneakers on and go for a walk. I have found exercise to be a GREAT stress reliever (just gotta get motivated) good luck :)
