The Hunger Monster Returns!

hungry.jpg

Okay-so I guess I REALLy do have an empty band! Oh, yes I have read about those blessed people who nevered needed a fill and how I really hoped I would be one of the chosen few-butthe monster reared it's ugly head this weekend. I had control-but it wasn't easy. My meals aren't keeping me full. I look at it this way-I am dieting on my own for now, but it won't be forever! One day at a time and one week at a time!

I guess this is what the call Bandster Hell. I can get through it though...I know I can!

Sounds like to me you need a fill. I am up to 5.5 cc and I don't have hunger pains. Problem I have is that fat girl in me is telling me I should eat but I am learning, if your not hunry, don't eat. I love my protein shakes. This was not the easy way out to loose weight like those skinny people say, so you have that band and it is your tool to loose weight so use it and get your fill and you will see a big difference. Good luck to you, Judy

I'm currently at my sweet spot with my band, but it seems like once every three weeks or so, I'll be hungry all day. Doesn't matter what I eat.
