LAP-BAND Patients

How funny, I haven't owned a scale for several years because denial was easier that way. I just bought one two weeks ago, right before my surgery, and now I actually look forward to getting on it!

I was just wondering how often you get on your scale. I have always been a scale person and cannot convince myself to weigh once a week I am on it every day.
