ellenmarie LAP-BAND Patients February 18, 201115 yr Author stats I slept in a recliner so I was upright, the flatter I laid down the more gas pain... I also lived on gas x strips for the first couple of days... Make sure you are walking around... It will help the gas pains and you will be able to sleep before you know it

EdmontonGal LAP-BAND Patients February 18, 201115 yr Author stats I spent the first 3 days sleeping wherever I could, the couch, the chair, the spare room, ANYWHERE! I didnt get much either BUT I found comfirt in a wheat bag. Like a heating pad, put over my shoulders and neck. Also found walking walking walking to help. After day 3 I would walk after dinner until I was sore and the fresh air and exercise would really help allot. GOOD LUCK!
Aadams9783 LAP-BAND Patients February 19, 201115 yr Author stats The gas makes you feel like you are having a baby.. Take gas x and sleep on pillows. A baby boppy pillow helps out a lot.
