Transfer addictions?

I've done only a little bit of reading about this topic. Is there anyone out there who can tell me if they went into therapy post band? I've been thinking about this because I am afraid that I will feel empty without addressing the emotional/psychological reason for my food obsession.

Anyone?

The program i enrolled in had some psychological food for thought. It is good that you are thinking ahead and looking for every advantage you can. You will need to ask your surgeon or program director if they have programs post op. I also found help in the forum section on this site. May you be blessed in your journey with much success.... I did not, but i do highly recommend therapy. Been there done that for other reasons and it HELPS, just to talk to someone and get it off your chest may bring to light why you do what you do. They can give you another tool to help you in your journey. Please look into it. Best of luck.
