Big Milestone

It has been awhile since I posted but had to share my latest milestone... I hit 100 pound weight loss recently and am still very pleased with my decision to be banded. Crazy thing is I know I am doing well and get lots of compliments, but I don't really see it when I look in the mirror...

It is getting harder and I want to loose another 50 pounds, but I am feeling good and am confident that I will be able to reach my goal.

Good luck to you all!

Super good job ! This is super encouraging to us members who are just begining to choose to let the lap band work for and with them. . I don't know why you can't see the difference in the mirror. A 100 lbs. is a lot of "difference". Bless your heart, you had to have a whole lot of discipline and commitment for this kind of result. I am confident you will find the resolve you need. You obviously have the head knowledge, now you need the hearts desire to lose that last 50 lbs. You can do IT. Blessings.

Congratulations -- that is an INCREDIBLE achievement -- wow - 100 pounds is a great accomplishment! You should be very proud of yourself -- maybe you should look up those "before" pictures and then take a picture of you now so you can really see the difference side by side -- you are a champ and an inspiration to the rest of us! You can reach your goals -- just stay the course! Best of luck!
