2nd Fill Affecting Water Intake

OK I knew that as the fills increased it would affect the way I eat, I never guessed that it would affect my water intake. I'm use to being able to drink 8-10 ounces without a blink, but not anymore. I have to take water slowly just like everybody else. I guess this is what restriction feels like!

Yep, the band is doing it's thing and that is good. Remember not to drink just before or after you eat or you wash the food through more quickly. And that makes you hungry sooner. Now comes the part of figuring out how to let the band work for and with you. Blessings

I just got my second fill today and am very cautious about drinking my shake of a dinner LOL ... Everytime is a new experience! Hope it gets a bit better for you!
