Day 2

Hi everyone< I am on day 2 - surgery went well I was told and then the doctor came in and said I had a fatty liver and now I am afraid. I thought I was doing evrything right and did the sugarbuster - I am sipping on broth and liquids and have added isopure - no real pain just discomfort from the gas on occasion. Should I be up walking around?

Yes, you should get up and walk around - I was told 200 steps every hour would help with the gas pains and also help stamina and healing. This is a process and your liver should get better with the weight loss. Hang in there.
