so nervous

my first fill is thursday nov 18th, I'm so nervous. I read about what other people have experienced and there is nothing like going through the process your self. this week I didnt lose any weight:sad:. So I am so ready for this fill because I think my body is intaking more food than when I first got out the hospital. I m ready to get back on my losing wagon. Hey, have anyone experiened something different because my sister had the realize band and I had the lapband. I heard they are the same but different companies, does one make you lose weight faster?:bored: just curious on anyone experience or expertise on both.

LAP-BAND Patients

I am sorry but I have no idea about that. However, remember the first 6 weeks were for healing. I know how hungry I felt. I even went to bed hungry quite a few nights. I was thankful to get a fill. It was really simple for me and I really didn't feel much of anything. Also, are you exercising. When I hit a plateau, I started to really exercise. The weight started to move. I also made sure to get around 1,000 or a little more calories a day to keep my body from going in starvation mode. Good luck!
