hello,

Woke up last night with horrible gas pains and heart burn. I really don,t understand where the heartburn is comming from. Called my doctor to ask what he recommondes for te heart burn. He asked if I was stuck. I really don't think that is what is is because I have been on nothing but full liquid. He suggested I take prevacid(opening the caspule). Hope it works. But a a lighter note I am down to 250. yeah!!!
