Refried beans with lite sour cream and salsa was my favorite but it didn't help with the gas! Cream of Wheat, oatmeal, and grits were some of my favs too. Eggs, tuna, and canned chicken was my favorites also.

I had a lot of salads: tuna fish, canned chicken, canned shrimp and canned salmon with lots of lite Helmann's mayo. Scrambled eggs made with 1 whole egg and 1/3 cup egg whites.

Best of luck.
