2 weeks since surgery

it's been 2 wks. since my surgery and the weight was really coming off the first week and now it has stopped. i lost 21 lbs. so far, but i feel as though i have come to a stop. i started walking today so i am hoping this will help.. i am eating smaller potions and deffinately eat less then before surgery. not sure what is happening?????:)

    keep on doing what your doing. Look in two weeks you have lost 21 lbs... Thats great!! Your body is adjusting to all your weight loss. Just think you cant do that every two weeks.. Good luck . Im 6 weeks i have lost 30. The first week it was 15. good luck

    I'm a lil over 2 weeks post op & lost 21lbs too & stopped. I exercise daily but I know it will take some time & I'll probably need some adjustments to continue. Be patient with yourself. 21lbs in 2 weeks in a lot. Are you on purees & have you had problems with any foods so far?

    thanks for the support. i am on pureee foods and i have tried different things. i have been fine with everything except had a couple of bites of a grape and it didn't sit well.
