stressed and discouraged

hey, so i feel really stressed and discouraged. i dont feel like doing anything. im always craving the bad stuff. i havent been making good food choices. sometimes i can barely eat, i dont feel like i eat enough which doesnt make sense. i cant motivated myself to exercise, i feel like nothing is happening for me. im getting depressed about it more and more each day. i dont want to talk to anyone about it but i wish i had someone to do this with and i dont, im all by myself on this one. maybe i need a fill i dont know.

 

 

i really dont know what to do. i try to to start working out or try to go somewhere where it includes some sort of exercise without noticing...its really lame

Be kind to yourself and just take it by baby steps. I heard this at a weight watcher's meeting once.."if hunger isn't the issue then food is not the answer". Just think about how far you have come.....make and reach little goals until you are in full swing again. Good luck in your journey!!!!

Hey Erin...

How long ago did you get your band? How much have you lost? I'm getting my band Nov 19th...I worry it won't work or I'll mess it up somehow...

Do you have family you can talk to? Friends?

I am just on my 3rd day of the liquid diet and I feel pretty down today myself. I am having trouble with the protein mix being way too sweet for me. So sweet that I physically get sick. I wanted to cry, but it is not enough to stop me from sticking with it. You should be very proud of yourself for how far you have come. If you can make it this far, you can go the distance. I think it is normal to feel the way you feel. Don't beat yourself up. What you did was great. Congratulations - you will make it. Try focusing on something fun. Don't worry - go to your doctor and explain to him/her how you feel. Maybe you do need a fill and then you will feel much better. Good Luck!
