Surgery

Hi all,

 

I had my surgery on Oct 19, & things went well. I AM WALKING EVERY DAY & today made it 2 miles, is this good or should ido more? also I have drainage from my insion so i am a little concerned. any input would be appreciated:smile2:

I would definitely say slow it down especially if you have drainage, by the way its best you mention this to your doc. Please try and take it easy your body has been through a lot.

My Dr. Told me no working out until my insion has healed. So I did not work out until close to 30 days. Take it slow. You have all the time in the world to do the work. Best wishes to you.
