I had my surgery on 9/13. I lost 6lbs in 6 days and haven't lost anything since. I don't understand... especially being on a liquid diet. I'm getting really depressed because everyone says the 1st month they lose quickly and i'm not. HELP.:)

    actually, this is very common. i only lost 3-5 pounds after my surgery and was very discouraged. its called Bandster Hell. just hang in there and keep making the right choices. once you get a fill, youll start losing again. :)

    It's normal to lose and then stop for awhile. You'll start losing again once the fills come. Hang in there, Bandster Hell sucks, but this time is for healing internally, not WL. -BG
