First step in the right direction

I go today for my first seminar and I can't wait. I have been reading up on everything for the past 4 days and I am ready to get it done, but the only issue i for see is my ins company Aetna that will give me any issues.

I have done almose every diet out there and I do have a log of the most curent one done. so i am really hoping this will be good enough to get me in fast. but if i have to wait then i have to wait. Cant rush a good thing i guess. lol. I can't sleep i am so excited about going.

latter. Will post when i get back today about noon central time.

Thank you so much Loyalfriend! You are so right!! I have lots of hoops to go though, i was like do i really want to even try, then i just felt how my body felt and i was like Heck YES i am going to try, Aenta will have to tell me no. that is my only thing i am worried aobut. I go to PCP monday to see if my Medifast diet with him will be good enough to count as my 3 months of diet. ugh. you go to get lap band as last resort and they make you diet more.. I will try to keep positng as i go though the stages. just talking helps. Thanks a bunch.

This is a big decision and it is not another diet. It is a life long commitment this a way of life. You learn how to eat all over again but with smaller portions. I decided to have my surgery about a year ago and after going through all of the hopes my insurance company wanted me to go though I finally had my Lap Band Surgery in March of 2010. It was the best decision I ever made. I am still learning how much I can eat and what foods I can eat but it is well worth it. Good Luck to you.
