1st Visit

I went for my first doc visit today and he was happy with my progress and decided to skip the fill this time. I am feeling great and started exercising / walking my extra hilly neighborhood and don't feel like I am dying! Every day is just better than the last and for all of you out there getting started on your journey, congratulations!

Any suggestions on favorite vitamins? I failed to start that and now gotta get on the ball asap!

LAP-BAND Patients

I use a chewable multivitamin. I use Centrum silver because I'm over 50 yrs. old. They have Centrum in a lot of varieties for different ages & sexes. I like the citrus berry flavor, but anything you can chew would be just fine. I've also added a extra B-12 1000mg. for hair loss. Hope this helps :)

I love the Flintstones Complete Chewable. I use that in the morning and then the Centrum Silver chewable in the afternoon. The Flintstones has iron in it that the Centrum does not.

I take a small One A Day in the morning with a liquid Calcium/Vitimin D3. I also take an additional D 400 IU because I am a cancer survivor and I need the D. Not a vitimin, but I have stated taking Dulcolax 2 times a day, which has helped somewhat to "soften" things up, without gettin gtoo graphic. Good luck.
