Ready to move around

Wow--- can't believe it's only been 4 days and I am still really tired. Does anyone else have or experienced the same thing? I thought I would be full of energy but rather I have a headache. I am belieiving it's due to me not drinking coffee which is one of my biggest bad habits. So I am trying to stick it out. Any suggestions?

Hi Hawyn, I don't have the band yet, but I'm sure someone will post some insight for you.

Are you getting enough B12?

Are you getting some fresh air to help with your headache?

You may want to speak to your doctor to see if anything else maybe going on. Everybody is different so you may just need more time to recover. Also, make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet.

I hope you feel well soon!

Hi, take multivitamins, and oh by the way I never stopped drinking my coffee. My doc has not told me anything about my coffee. Pure black coffee, it's not affecting my wt loss. I am averaging 7 pounds a month loss. Positive results every time at the doc appts.

The first week was tough...actually on day 3 and 4 fatigue was the least. I was very sick to my stomach and the whole thing. But boy oh boy come day 7, 8 and 9 it got so much better. I should say I had other surgical procedures in the tummy...but look out good days are coming!!!
