I got my approval letter last week. I'm meeting with the surgeon this week and am scheduled for the procedure on 09/08.

 

I am excited and looking forward to the results, but am a little nervous about how I'll feel afterwards and getting used to how I'll have to eat.

    Fantastic, congratulations. You will do fine with pain and eating. Yes there are new ways to eat and work out, but there is a lot of support, both at your surgeon's facility and here on the website as well as other sites. You'll get lots of information!
