LAP-BAND Patients

I suggest a couple of things: Ask your doctor if you can take GasX (they make a dissolvable strip) and if so, pack some for the hospital and also walk, walk, walk, as soon and as often as you are allowed, it will help move out the gas. Be patient with yourself and give yourself time to heal. Follow the rules your doctor gives you. Blessings to you - hope all goes well.

LAP-BAND Patients

Follow the pre-op diet and start your exercising now. Get your body as strong and healthy as you can, it will make recovery that much easier. And good tip on the gas-x & walking, it really does help (I am day 3 post surgery). Best of luck!!!!!!!
