sandradee0124 LAP-BAND Patients July 27, 201016 yr Author stats From what I've read on this site, and what I've heard at support group meetings, it happens. Seems like people change up something -- exercise, eating, combination and the scale moves again. The other thing? I don't think there is a normal or an average? Its what works for you. Do you feel good? Are you getting enough water/vitamins/protein? That is what matters today. Also, there are a lot of other contributing factors: weight, TOM, stress, sleep. Give yourself another week before you get too upset.
anglov LAP-BAND Patients July 27, 201016 yr Author stats Anything and everything is possible. Everyone is different. I was told at my 1st fill that I may or may not feel a difference. It would take several fills to get me to the green zone. Call your doctor's office if you are worried about it. Stressing about it will only make things worse when it is an adjustment phase. Keep a log and see what, when and how much you are eating. You might need to change that up a bit and/or exercise more.
