So so so glad i did this banding. I went for my second fill today he upped my fill from 5 cc to 7 cc and I lost another 2 1/2 lbs i must be doing something right because i am loosing weight... so liquids for a day or two then mushies and soft .....then wow back to normal. Cant wait till i am under 200 i am getting close yeah ;)
