4 days after

I had surgery last Thursday. It went fine. I got the gas out. It was more painful than the incisions. It has been over 100 degrees everyday her so to exercise I did laps around the inside of the house. It worked. Today I ate miso soup, my first hot entree. It was good. I have to focus on hydration.

I do get full easy. I have lost nine lbs so far.:rolleyes2:

Good for you! I also felt that the warm soups and broths were more filling than the cold shakes and drinks. How funny, I told my husband that the gas pain in my shoulder hurt worse than my tummy! Oh and I also walked around my house the first week as I live in TX and it is too hot and humid to be walking outside. Good luck!

LOL how's week Two going? I have been okay. It seems hard to get enough protein. I have felt hungry a few times, but I have lost 15 lbs and that makes me sooooo happy. I live in AR., the heat has been intense for months, so I continue to walk the halls in my house and office.
