I really disliked the chewable vitamins I got from my nutritionist so I take a one a day, 2x a day! Also, liquid calcium.

I am almost 7 months post op. I take a multivitamin, folic acid, iron (I've always been anemic), biotin(cuz my hair was falling out), liquid B complex(wasn't absorbing the pill...B12 is low), fiber chews, and calcium w D chews.

It looks like I have a complete pharmacy on my desk...lol For someone who doesn't like to swallow pills I sure have learned how to. :)

Are you pre or post op?
