Sniff, sniff. I had a fill Monday and I can't go back for my second fill until August 6th. You are lucky, even if you had some pain! Another recommendation? Like the dentist, take a tylenol before you go in for the fill -- makes it hurt less?

Congrats on the fill and coming through it ok. Take care of you!

Congrats i also had my first fill today to. The needle did sting a bit and they did have to push a bit to. She said the more weight you loose the easier it will be to find the port. I am not sure what size port i have but the dr put in 5 cc and i am doing ok. I must say i am looking very forward to soft food . Best of luck to you on your journey.

thank you all for your thoughts....and congrats to those who had their 1st fills too....she says i can come in every 2-3 weeks for fills as long as i can tolerate so i guess i better get used to them...and i will have the numbing cream from now on so hopefully that will help too....good luck to all of you on your journies as well!!!!

I had my first fill 6/21/10. First couple of days were tuff. I started throwing up the day after, so instead of full liquids I did clear liquids the next 24hrs. Started back on full liquids (soups, etc.) the next day. I'm back on track and doing fine.
