viking_girl LAP-BAND Patients June 20, 201016 yr Author stats I usually had cream of wheat for breakfast, with a bitty spponful of homemade fruit jam, or maple syrup. Cream soups for lunch..... another of my faves was refried beans, top with a little slice of pepper jack cheese, pour a bit of enchilada sauce over all, microwave until cheese is melty. I can handle a small amount of food, but it better taste GOOD!

crsti41 LAP-BAND Patients June 20, 201016 yr Author stats mushys i thought had to be blended and i am not very good with the blended stuff. I have been doing mashed potatoes with a tbs of cheese melted on it, oatmeal and my favorite is scrambled egg, i even opted for cream soup lasy night i was so hungry. Do you just eat the cold meat or do you blend it to mush it up? I am not feeling to restricted either i get a fill on the 30 i hope that helps me feel full. Thanks for all your suggestions good luck to all

Yvette1026 LAP-BAND Patients June 20, 201016 yr Author stats Eat mushies that are high in protein bean cups, chicken salad, eggs, etc.. they'll satisfy you and keep you feeling fuller, longer.
