at 2 months post-op I dont feel like i've lost anything! I look at other's succcess and think "how the heck did they loose 50-80-90 pounds in 6 months??" So I started a food diary.

Everything I'm eating is "band approved".... and I'm certainly eating much less than I was before BUT I am still WAY over my calorie allotment....like 1500-1600 instead of 900-1200!! my shakes and protein shots are even high in calories!!!:sneaky: what gives?

so, I'm going to have to cut WAY back, which means I'm going to be starving :) everyday, which means I need another fill!! I'm already at 8.25 w/only my 2nd fill and going even higher so early really worries me....

Change up your diet, do not get more fills till you lose more weight. Go to straight Protein for three days, then add 20 grams of Carbs for three days, then 30 grams of carbs for 3 days until you are up to 50 grams of carbs a day, stay there till the weight starts dropping. You will lose! Walk or jog or do some exercise for 30 minutes a day every day and LOG the food comsumption. Cut down to Skim Milk and use WHEY ONLY Protein Powder, Body Fortress Strawberry or Chocolate is very Good and LOW in Carbs and HIGH in Protein, get in at least 80 grams of Protein everyday to avoid hair loss.

Janet said it much better, but my only other recommendation would be to stay active -- get walks in when you can, maybe a treadmill? I think the exercise at 30 mins a day every day will be a big help.

Congrats on the logging! I use daily plate and I love it!
