Doctors appoinments

I had my surgery at Kaiser South San Francisco over 6 months ago. I was just wondering do you ever have an appointment with you surgeon again or do you only see the physicians assistant from here on out. My surgeon did the first 2 fills and now his PA does them? Just wondering. If anyone can give me an answer I would really appreciate it.:frown:

A lot of variety from place to place. I have the option of seeing my nurse practitioner or the doc..I like the NP better so I only see the doc when they make me :) You likely can request the doctor if you have a preference.

I see the PA every time. The only time I saw the doctor was when I was having an issue that the PA wasn't sure about. Then he came in to talk to me. Seems strange. They slice you open and then fade into the night.... lol.
