Baby steps

After procrastinating for five months, I am finally going to the seminar in the morning. I have been really excited since I registered, but now I am starting to get nervous.......so glad to have a supportive husband and son.

I am open for any advise anyone may have as I begin this new journey.........

I was scared to death as well. I just followed Drs orders and jumped in. I was banded 4-28-10 and everything went perfect. I have already lost 15 pounds since 4-26-10. Just make sure to check out your Doctor very well and as long as you are in good hands you should do fine. Good luck.
