Chocolate Cherrios and workouts

:smile:Good morning losers,

I have discovered Chocolate Cherrios....these are awesome. I put some in a baggie this morning to eat for breakfast along with my coffee (not together of course) and I am felling pretty good. Not sure yet if they are good for your or not but it did help with my sweet tooth. Also I thought I would post my revised work out schedule for anyone interested...

Monday...Spin/Cycle 1hr class

Tuesday...Cardio Kickbox 1hr class

Wednesday..Spin/Cycle 1hr class

Thursday...Strength training/Bootcamp 1hr each

Friday...Spin/Cycle 1hr class

Saturday/Sunday light swim, walking or bike riding witht he kids :wink2:
