I think I'm ready....

Am I really going to do this? In just 11 days I will be going in for elective surgery. I'm starting to think I might be nuts. I only had my first appt. a week ago and suddenly I'm scheduled for surgery. I think this is the right thing to do and I know I need to do something, but geez so fast!

Will be starting the liquid diet on Friday. Think I might start today just to get in the practice of not eating as much.

Well, down the hatch to my first liquid shake.

wow, your right that is fast, i wish would have been that quick , i had to much time to think about it and delayed over 2 years, by my choice. glad the insurance didn't create a problem when i woke up and decided to move forward. the pre-pre op diet is the best thing to do , i started mine about 5 weeks out and i am really glad i did. I'm 6 days post op and down 39 lbs from the start of my pre-pre op.. keep up the good work and stay focused, remember for the first time in your life you are about to take control of the food you eat , not the other way around. :w00t:
