A tight band...

First of all I wish this site was user friendly. I can't seem to work it very well.

Last week I got an adjustment and I didn't think it was to was tight, but really didn't want it to be to tight.

I had to go see Dr. Allen today to get some of the fluids taken out so I could eat and drink. In five days, I lost another six lbs. So there was my sign that it was to tight.

I now have lost 109 lbs. I just didn't want to admit it to myself.

I will just have to see where I go from here now.
