For me it is all about being HONEST with myself and my food. I just had an un-fill and I am losing again. When I was to tight I was getting sick. The weight was not moving. Follow the LB rules and keep blogging it always helps me to keep my paws out of the cookie jar. Best wishes imaluckydog

Good for you!! Listening to your body. It will tell you what you need. Work well with your band. After my un fill I had to do liquids for a day. It was a real eye opener. Then do the mushies and follow all the rules again. I really feel so much better now and I know you will too. I am proud of you getting back with playing with your band. Best wishes to you imaluckydog
