:frown:ok so todays not a good day today. i feel defeated and depressed. i just want today to end and i want to go back to bed and pull the covers over my head.

Pretty soon this will all be behind you. You just have to tough it out a couple of more weeks.

it does get easier! It was day 8 for me that was a really tough day and spent most of the day crying! But, it does get better! What is the worst part, so far? I am now 3 weeks post op and have lost 31 pounds so far. It does get easier. You can do it.

I am sorry to hear that! It sucks to get down! I went through the same thing and everyone told me it will pass, and sure enough it did! Just stick with it and remember to get lots of protein in!!! Lack of protein can cause you to feel depressed/ angry. Keep in touch and hope you feel better soon!
