LAP-BAND Patients

I am going through PMS this week and it seem as if I am endless pit. That is really frustrationg. I think I should go through another fill. I am at 2.8 cc's with a 4cm band. I am scared that I might get an over fill?? :omg:

I'm sorry to hear you are struggling so badly -- I drink a TON of water to fight constipation - and change up the foods that you eat too - if I eat oatmeal (I'm not banded) too many days in a row it is a real problem - so I eat a high fiber cereal -- maybe pick up high fiber protein bars and shakes? they work pretty well for me.....wait til after PMS and TOM passes before considering a fill - and in the meantime call your surgeon's office - talk to them about how you are feeling frustrated about what you eat/weight loss, etc - that's what they are there for! Hope you feel better soon!
