The band date

I've booked my surgery for this Saturday. I'm so nervous and excited at the same time.

I'm so glad my husband is supporting me. He's happy I'm a bigger woman, but I dont think he means this big!! He thinks I could do it on my own, but he's standing by me and my decision, and I'm so grateful.

Congratulations on your decision! My husband liked me too just anyway, cause he loved me. He thought I could cut back and lose the weight on my own, and I did, only to gain it back repeatedly, and I stayed depressed and grouchy! He finally got behind my decision to have the LapBand and WOW he has been such a blessing and a supporter, your husband will too. NOW, 67 lbs down he likes the new me, cause I am finally HAPPY, and not overeating, ( I'm a cheap date at the Restaurants! LOL) I am pulling for you, you will be up and around in NO time! Keep us all posted!

Best of luck to a new you this year. You will be surprised. I am sure you will be nervous, I was the night prior, tossed and turned, but eventually when morning came, I was ready and I am sure you will be. The staff there are gracious and will tend you you, so your in safe hands. You won't regret having it. I am happy that I did, and now only 5 weeks after my surgery I feel great with only a loss of about 23 pounds. My energy levels are extremely high too. Can't seem to stop. Self-Esteem is high and rising. And I am buy new clothes now, believe that--if there on sale it's a good buy, right.'
