Scared to get on the scale...

I had a bad bad weekend. Actually, if I am to be perfectly honest, a bad five days. Everything went downhill as of last Wednesday. I've just been feeling blah and unmotivated. My friend had her bday party last night and got a private cabana, bottle service, etc. Today, DH got McD's for the kids and I had a Big Mac. I can't even remember the last time I had a Big Mac.

Oh well, I gotta pick myself back up, weigh myself tomorrow, and get back on the program. I'm so glad I have my second fill scheduled for Wednesday. I so NEED it! And, I need to do my part too, but it will certainly help when the band will say no to the Big Mac even when I say yes. LOL

We must share parallel weightloss lives LMAO.. I've been SO bad all week, and I was on the phone telling my BFF how scared I am to step on the scale tomorrow at the dr's when I go get my fill..as I read this.. OMGOODNESS.. all I'm gonna say is, spent 450 at dave & buster's today during the super bowl...and I tried EVERYTHING lol...I shouldn't laugh...I should be disgusted with myself, in fact I am.. UGH. I go to the dr's for a fill tomorrow at 10:30...pray for me.

guys it is perfectly alright to fall off the wagon from time to time. I do too, we all do if we are honest. The lord knows I can not lie about it, when I eat out a lot, I am more tempted, and one potatoe chip never worked for me. I get a fill in two days, and was just washing dishes thinking how bad I need one! I must also get back to planning my daily intake in meals and not veer off the track! Then and only then do I REALLY meet the goals I set for myself. But we are only human!!! I can't eat a hamburger now after 5 fills~it won't go down, I throw it up, cause I have tried! LOL, My granddaughter wanted a happy meal, could not even eat one of the small cheeseburgers!

Ok, just got on the scale and it is definitely up, but I'm hoping it is mostly water weight. My rings are really tight today. I don't feel that bad if the scale at the doctor's doesn't show any weightloss on Wednesday because I do need a fill and, of all people, they should understand that. Now, just need to get back on track today... water, protein, exercise!!!

Don't be surprised if you get there today and it's down. My jeans were fitting tight and and I was CERTAIN it was up.. I went in for my fill on monday and got on the scale.. and it was down 5 lbs. Then again I got on the scale at the gym yesterday and it was up 9.8lbs from my dr's office.
